FEMHack’s is UC Berkeley’s first all-women and non-binary hackathon. Join us for a day dedicated to exploring technology, building creative projects, and lots of free food and swag. There will be lots of workshops, mentorship, and talks to help empower and support your tech journey. No experience is required!

Open to all UC Berkeley students. Cal ID required! Teams can include up to 5 members.

Judging Criteria

  • Impact
    The team describes the pain-point or issue clearly and its importance. Project presented actually tackles the challenge previously described.
  • Innovation
    Project functionality, resources, and features are creative and present a new perspective.
  • Technical Difficulty
    Demonstrated technical skills in prototyping project. Team demonstrates knowledge of possible technical challenges
